He also has extensive experience with cost segregation, M&A planning, tax credits & incentives, and successfully representing clients before the IRS. Leveraging this experience, Brian and his team have developed a cutting-edge and efficient approach to providing cost segregation and business advisory services.

Mark Gose
Founding Partner
Prior to launching Gose, Mark spent over a decade at Big 4 and national CPA firms where he focused on financial statement auditing, accounting consulting, and M&A services for a wide range of companies, including large family-run enterprises, venture-capital backed startups, and closely-held businesses. With this experience, Mark and his team have built an innovative and streamlined process for delivering CFO consulting services.

Greg Roberts
Senior Director of Cost Segregation
Greg is the Senior Director of Cost Segregation and a pioneer in the industry. As an engineer with over 30 years of experience, he has worked on projects exceeding $1 billion in real estate across the country. He has served as the responsible signatory on more than 20,000 cost segregation studies and was previously a senior facility engineer for a semiconductor fabrication plant. Greg is a founding member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals and is widely recognized as a national expert. He has worked directly with top IRS auditors and is frequently relied upon as a technical resource. Previously, he served as President of a state chapter of the Association of Facility Engineers.

Bill Mark
Director of Cost Segregation
With over 20 years of experience, Bill brings a unique blend of technical expertise and real-world insight to his role as Director of Cost Segregation. Prior to joining Gose, he served as a director at a prominent cost segregation firm and spent over eight years in construction management at a national construction company. He has led many complex cost segregation studies for a diverse portfolio of properties, including office buildings, auto dealerships, distribution warehouses, hotels, and more. As a recognized leader, he has built a strong network of real estate developers, investors, and CPA firms and is a trusted resource for navigating the intersection of real estate, construction, and tax strategy.

John Bohannon
Director of R&D Tax Credits
As a licensed attorney, John Bohannon specializes in research and development tax law and oversees the consulting on federal and state R&D incentives for Gose. He has built strong partnerships with CPA firms across the country to support their R&D tax credit needs, providing technical expertise, audit support, and high-quality study documentation. His collaborative approach helps firms deliver added value to their clients while navigating the complexities of tax law with confidence. He graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston, demonstrating both academic excellence and a strong foundation in legal research and analysis.

Becky Hewitt
National Director of Sales
Becky is the National Director of Sales and has over 35 years of experience in the financial and commercial real estate industries. She collaborates extensively with CPAs, attorneys, real estate professionals, building owners, and investors nationally on cost segregation and tax incentive services. Becky is a respected lecturer on cost segregation, conducting private seminars for CPA firms and various societies. She is a member of ICSC, served on planning committees for the Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange, and chaired the Next Generation Committee in East Tennessee.

Casey Mummy
Director of Marketing
With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Casey specializes in cost segregation and tax credit services. He is instrumental in all lead generation activities at Gose, collaborating closely with the sales team to develop, design, and execute national marketing campaigns. Casey has cultivated a deep network among real estate developers, investors, and business owners, enhancing client engagement and fostering strategic partnerships.

Christian Arreola
Director of Accounting
Christian specializes in accounting, financial analysis, and operations consulting. His diverse background spans industries such as hospitality, pharmaceuticals, IT, plumbing, and manufacturing. Prior to Gose, Christian served as the controller of a family enterprise and helped guide them through a sale to a private equity firm. Christian excels in managing full-cycle accounting, from month-end close to financial statement analysis. He is adept at integrating third-party accounting tools and cloud-based platforms, leveraging technology to optimize processes.

Melissa Aldape
Tax Manager
With nearly a decade of experience in public accounting, Melissa specializes in tax advisory and IRS representation. Prior to public accounting, she spent 11 years in the banking sector. She has worked closely with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, apparel, food & beverage, and advertising, providing strategic guidance and support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Melissa brings a strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach to every engagement, helping businesses and individuals navigate complex tax issues with confidence.
