Mark Gose
Founding Partner
Mark Gose is the co-founder of GOSE and oversees the fractional CFO practice.
He currently serves as the fractional CFO of multiple middle market companies. Prior to launching GOSE, he spent over a decade at Big 4 and national CPA firms where he focused on financial statement auditing, accounting consulting, and due diligence services for a wide range of companies, including large family-run enterprises, venture-capital backed startups, and local businesses. With this experience, Mark and his team have built an innovative and streamlined process for delivering CFO level services to small and midsize businesses across the country.
He resides in Camarillo, California, with his wife and three children.
Brian Gose
Founding Partner
Brian Gose is the co-founder of GOSE and oversees the cost segregation and tax incentives practice.
He specializes in proactively identifying tax incentives for closely-held businesses and their owners and also acts as a strategic advisor to other CPA firms helping them identify tax incentives for their clients. Additionally, Brian has extensive experience successfully representing clients before the IRS. Prior to launching GOSE, he served as a managing director at a prominent CPA firm in Los Angeles where he worked on specialized tax incentives including cost segregation, R&D tax credits, and ERC remediation.
He resides in Ventura, California with his wife and two children.
